In general… if you have zero joint issues, 1 or 2 capsules a day is all that is usually necessary (yes, for the average normal healthy person, that bottle will last about 60 to 120 days if you don’t have any joint issues, and just want to help ensure optimum joint health… through proper nutrition).
If the problems are moderate, start with the loading dose 2 + 2 for a bottle.
If your problem is more serious, then starting with a higher dosage is important. For the average person, with serious pain in their joints… you don’t want to ‘just maintain’ that problem, you want to do all you can to improve things. So long as you have intact bones, and no bone spurs irritating the ligaments & tendons, assuming no other medication or treatment agenda for the problem (other than pain killers, as needed), the recommendation for the average size person, under 200lbs, would be to start at the 2 caps, 3x per day…
When you FEEL BETTER, stay that dose for 2 more weeks, then drop to 2, 2, and 1 (5 caps a day) for a week or two…
If you feel great in a couple weeks, drop to 2, 1, 1 (4 caps a day) for a couple weeks…
If you still feel great in 2 weeks, drop to 1, 1, 1 (3 per day)…
then, if you are still feeling great drop to 1 + 1 (2 per day).
Give it at least 2 weeks between each change in dosage. IF, at any point you drop down and start feeling worse, kick the dose back up to the previous dose for a couple weeks before trying to reduce it again.
Most people are eventually able to eventually get to just 1 or 2 capsules a day, BUT it’s likely to take you 6 to 12 months to get there (depending on the level of the problem, amount of continued use, and other individual factors). Spinal issues, and severe cartilage issues will usually take more for longer.
For me, at 6’4″ (I graduated high school at 6’6.5″ back in 1978, if that gives you an idea of the number of injuries, settling, and spinal challenges I’ve had… causing a loss of nearly 3 inches of my height). My weight is usually between 245 and 275 pounds, depending the time of year, my activity level, and travel. Personally, with many injuries over the years, including spinal, it took me about 18 months to work from 3, 3, 3 (9 capsules a day) to 1, 1, 1 (3 capsules a day)… and another 18 months to get to where I can usually take just 1 or 2 a few days a week, and still absolutely notice a difference. For me, if I have a joint injury, I bounce the dose back up… and work it back down (usually within just a few weeks I’m back down and good to go.
Also, IF a person decides to go ahead with any joint surgery, STAY ON THE PRODUCT (at least 1, 1, 1 – depending on age, weight, location, severity, goals, etc.) and most or the type if that person will recover faster and better than if they didn’t use our product for those extra nutrients.

Most people these days know that taking a calcium supplement is important, especially for older people, post-menopausal women, and women who are pregnant. There are many calcium supplements on the market today, most of them claiming to be good sources of this vital mineral. But do they really live up to that claim? Another important question is what else is in the bottle? If you take just calcium (or calcium and Vitamin D) alone, you’re not getting everything you need for your body to properly utilize the calcium. Mag-Cal Plus™ is one of the best sources of calcium on the planet! Really.
It does NOT use the calcium carbonate form, which is the most popular and least bioavailable (usable to the body) form sold today. MD’s Choice uses a chelated calcium citrate, which is up to 98% bioavailable, quickly absorbed, and, when combined with the proper balance of Vitamin D, magnesium, manganese, boron, and zinc, enhances the bodies ability to properly use calcium in a variety of systems within the body. Bones, muscles and organs all benefit from this high quality, professionally balanced formula. This product can help with age, bone density issues, osteoporosis, broken bones, muscle cramps, PMS, and a variety of other common issues. It provides support to the nervous, reproductive, cardiovascular and immune systems and helps build healthy teeth and bones. This product contains a combination of calcium, magnesium, manganese, zinc, and boron in the most bioavailable forms.
Safe and effective for all ages, from infancy to geriatric, when doctors suggest calcium should be added to the supplementation. This is also safe for pregnant women. More Info (off-site link)
